Yeah, well you guys are experiencing the typical "gate keeper" arrangement that I went through for over 7 years there, until I finally realized that I could buy Super 8 stuff elsewhere, where people actually gave a **** about the customer. (and didn't almost literally rip your wallet out of your pants, take all your money and push you out the door).

Yeah, at Super 8 Sound,(Pro8mm, whatever), EVERYONE is always too busy to give you ANY information at all, except the receptionist, and it's not just one girl like this, they train 'em all to be that way (remember, I dealt with them for over 7 years... it's not just one person that does this, so it's obviously an intentional business practice).

Too bad the Seinfeld show isn't on anymore.

They could do an episode called THE FILM NAZI, where you go in to buy film, get information about telecine, etc., and all you get to ever do is talk to the receptionist:
"NO! YOU CANNOT TALK TO ZE COLORZT! HE IST TOO BUSY! BUY SOMEZING! YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK QUESTIONS OR TALK TO ANYBODY, JUST BUY SOMETHING AND GET OUT AND STOP BOTHERING ME!!!! NEXT!"
